Location! Location! Location! There is only so much available dirt to build on. We want to help you keep your kids in the same schools, with the same friends (if you like their friends that is). Often this requires redesigning a space, expanding, or finally finishing that basement. This process is often an intimate one with workers in the home you are living in. It has been a major focus of mine to hire quality subcontractors and maintain a long term relationship build on trust, nobody wants a stranger in their home. We try our very best to keep you out of the construction mess as much as possible.
